My advice to all of u is work on the thing u want most for me its abs forget the other things until later concentrate on wat u want first. Keep ur abs tight and keep ur breating steady. 		<description>I&#039;m only 14 but i&#039;m pretty solid.  and if you bodybuild you&#039;re already jacked, the only thing you need to do is running, or something like that, even if it&#039;s only for 10min, but goood luck</description>

You don&#039;t have to be of any particular standard to start TKD.  The training will make you fit.  The more you train, the fitter you get.  It&#039;s all about going at your own pace and reaching your own goals, not someone elses.
