Following are the Components of Physical fitness :
1. Speed: Speed is the ability of a person to execute motor movements with high speed in the shortest period of time. It is equal to the distance covered per unit of time. the element of speed is involved in most of the athletic skills such as in sprint running, some skills of soccer, basketball, etc.
2.Strength: Strength is the ability of a muscle to expert or release force by contraction enabling a person to overcome resistance or to act against resistance.
3. Power: Power is the ability of muscle to release maximum force in the shortest period of time. It is equal to force multiplied by speed. It is the combination of strength and speed. Speed and force must be combined for effective performance in activities like baseball throw, jumps for height, football kick, boxing punch,etc.
4. Endurance :Endurance is the ability of the person to perform movement of moderate (Sub-maximum) contractions over prolonged period of time under conditions of fatigue or tiredness. It is the product of all psychic and physical energy of human body.
5. Flexibility : Flexibility is the ability of a muscle to perform movements with large range of motion.
6. Agility : Agility is the ability of a person to change positions in space or to change directions quickly and effectively e.g. football player quickly changes direction or giving dodge to opponent, hurdle crossing over the barrier or hurdles, zig-zag running, etc.
7. Balance : Balance is the ability of a person to control human body or to maintain equilibrium under static and dynamic conditions e.g. hand stand, skating, skiing, catching a fly in baseball, etc.

I recommend the Xbox. There are 4 games under the Ultramix name. I like the Xbox games better than the PS2 games because the scoring system is easier. Xbox versions even have a workout mode. It is pretty cool. You can put in how much you weight and it tells you how many calories you burn per song. I got addicted to DDR and lost 15 pounds in a month, but I played it like 4 hours a day.

You can check with your local library or Blockbuster store so you can try out the DVDs to see which ones you like before you buy them. I'm sure you could download them as well.
I can't really answer your question because there's no Bally's in Trinidad but I feel your pain.
I think just try it for the fun and the exercise. Sometimes I really feel people who say they can't dance just hae too high expectations, and need to loosen up. I think the class will help you relax, and learn to dance.
but you don’t mention anything about how many reps and sets for each exercice..

u dnt need anything just do pushups situp crunches superman and legups thats all u need to do. 4 the pushups i wood do 200 a day but break it up if u need like do 50 in the mornin 50 in the after noon (12 pm) 50 in late after noon(2-4) and 50 at nite (6-10)
You need to look for FLEX SPACE. This can be located in a strip center or its own building. FLEX SPACE will allow you to convert it to a dance center. You likely will not find a space with wood floors and a mirrored wall, all those will have to be built once you locate the space.
heep on calories…..the cunlative ones are the ones you carry over from your last quarter…and divide calorie by protein percentage to insure proper titration of your average index marker.
dont cheat now, if ya need to REDUCE…then reduce your loins….cut down on calories./…skip the devils food slice….say no to tne vanilla malt….thumbs down to that pepporoni pie a la mode.
I recommend you try one body a day work one part out rigorously and give them time to heal. Remember to eat alot of protein diets to repair your muscles.
only you know what the best routine is. What I do, is everyday, a different muscle e.g. monday: abs, tuesday tricept etc. This way, you muscles have a whole weak to recuperate and grow hard instead of soft, but if you do this, you must make sure that you really destroy that muscle, or it will not work.
Go to a strip club and watch the 9 th degreee black belts of pole dancing in action, They have special moves I saw this one pick up a roll of quarters with oh sorry bye.

well all u do is strength , where’s the cardio? u should be doing 5-6 cardio and 2 strength training each week… just go to exercise tv and look up exercise that combines both cardio, that speed up metabolism
